Our lease is an Easy In, Easy Out agreement, offering flexible workspace rental options with a minimum 3-month term and just one month’s notice required to leave – giving you commitment-free flexibility as your business evolves.
Hot desks & dedicated desks – available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, perfect if you need a professional workspace without a longer commitment.
One month rent deposit (refunded on vacation) and one month rent upfront is required. A standing order will be set up for rent on the 1st of each month thereafter.
Our office spaces are designed to be affordable and cost-effective. Additional costs may include utilities, insurance, office furniture, and workspace-specific needs.
Yes, all our office spaces include high-speed business internet with a standard speed of 300mb, and capacity available up to 1GB for those requiring higher speeds.
A good rule of thumb is to allow 50-100 square feet per employee. This will give you enough space for workstations, storage, and break areas. However, you may need more or less space depending on your specific needs. For example, if you have a lot of equipment or need to accommodate customers, you will need more space.
If you need to move out of your office space before the end of your lease, you may be liable for an early termination penalty (one month rent maximum). However, if there is a new tenant to take over the space immediately, your lease can be terminated without penalty.
Any alterations required to a workspace must be agreed with Omagh Enterprise.
