Our conference centre offers you a diverse array of options to help you on your way to success.

There are various shapes and sizes of offices and industrial units ranging from 150 sq ft to 7000 sq ft.

  • Private offices: These are self-contained offices that are ideal for businesses that need privacy and security.
  • Industrial Space: These are typically high ceilings, have three phase electrics and are designed to to be easily adaptable to various business needs.
  • Coworking spaces: These are open-plan workspaces that are shared by multiple businesses. Coworking spaces are a great option for startups, freelancers, and remote workers.

Virtual offices: This option provides you with a professional business address and some business services, but no physical office space.

The following amenities are available onsite:

  • Mail and package handling
  • Conference Centre, Board room and meeting room
  • High-speed internet and Comms in each office
  • Restaurant 

The lease is an ‘Easy in, Easy out’ agreement, requiring at least one month’s notice.

One month rent deposit (refunded on vacation) and one month rent upfront is required. A standing order will be set up for rent on the 1st of each month thereafter.

In addition to rent, other workspace costs include:

  • Utility bills 
  • Insurance
  • Furniture and equipment
  • Office supplies
  • Fire extinguisher

The internet speed is 200mb with capacity available up to 1GB. The internet cost is included in the rental price

A good rule of thumb is to allow 50-100 square feet per employee. This will give you enough space for workstations, storage, and break areas. However, you may need more or less space depending on your specific needs. For example, if you have a lot of equipment or need to accommodate customers, you will need more space.

If you need to move out of your office space before the end of your lease, you may be liable for an early termination penalty (one month rent maximum). However, if there is a new tenant to take over the space immediately, your lease can be terminated without penalty.

Any alterations required to a workspace must be agreed with Omagh Enterprise.
