Interested developers, investors, operators, housing partners, hospitality partners, regeneration specialists and other relevant parties are invited to request the Market Testing Brief, Questionnaire and Information Pack.
Responses will help OEC understand whether there is a credible private sector route to delivery and what further work may be required to make the project viable and capable of delivery.
