First up – meet our first featured tenant Bronagh Gormley of Bo & Andy’s!
We are a small family-run restaurant, led by a husband-and-wife team, serving great food with good vibes.
Open Monday–Friday, 8am–3pm, we’re the ideal place to work, meet, eat and socialise.
Every day we serve hot and cold drinks, breakfasts, hot and cold lunches, and snacks – all available to sit in or takeaway.

Q2: What’s your favourite pastime?
FOOD, GLORIOUS FOOD! 🍴
I love talking about food, watching cookery programmes, and reading cookery books. Eating out is definitely my favourite pastime — it’s no wonder I married a chef!
Life at OEC
Q1: Why did you choose OEC?
Ever since I met my husband many moons ago, we always dreamed of owning our own restaurant. When the opportunity came up at OEC, it was a no-brainer – although it also meant taking a big risk and facing lots of challenges and teething problems along the way.
With the help and guidance of the team at OEC, the support of our wonderful tenants, neighbouring businesses at Gortrush Industrial Estate, our amazing staff and the people of Omagh, we are now coming into our fifth year of business, and we’re still enjoying every minute of it.
Q2: What’s your favourite part about working here?
I’ve been based at OEC for almost 16 years in several different roles. I love that it’s a real one-stop shop, there’s literally everything here under one roof.
Over the years, I’ve made fantastic connections, received so much support, and made friends for life.
Q3: Would you recommend OEC to another business?
I would 100% recommend OEC to another business. Whether you’re just starting out, already established, or looking for space to grow and develop, OEC has fantastic premises and facilities.
Not to mention there’s a great little restaurant based here too! 😂
