Coronavirus: Call For Businesses To Help Make NHS Ventilators
The UK government is looking for businesses to support in the production and supply of ventilators and ventilator components
The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) is looking for businesses who can support the supply of ventilators and ventilator components across the UK as part of their response to COVID-19.
As well as manufacturers they are looking for businesses with the following skills:
- design/specification
- rapid prototyping
- contract/product assembly
- certification/regulation/testing
- logistics
- medical training
BEIS have received a large number of offers so regret that they can’t respond to each one. BEIS will be matching requirements and will reach out to companies individually.

Businesses who would like to offer support to government communications (for example, through free media space), can email the central COVID Communications Hub on cv19-comms@cabinetoffice.gov.uk.
