Food tourism is a growing market in Derry~Londonderry. Enterprise Week 2015 will include a special day of events focused on food tourism with expert speakers presenting on the latest trends.

The speakers include:

  • Dr Feargal Tuffy, North West Regional College, highlighting the range of support on offer for anyone hoping for a career in the food industry
  • Celia Spouncer, Head of the Slow Food Movement in Northern Ireland, discussing about the global movement and its impact on the industry
