Leadership Course Prepares Women For The Top

This programme for female managers is designed to develop personal leadership capability to help women break through the ‘glass ceiling’.

Women in Northern Ireland are getting ready to move towards the higher end of the career ladder through an innovative programme which can help them break through the ‘glass ceiling’.

Following a very successful Belfast course in the spring, the Financial Skills Partnership has managed to secure a further course this Autumn. This five-day course, which is led by highly-skilled and experienced facilitators, has been running successfully across the UK since 2009.

The Through the Glass Ceiling workshops use a variety of learning methodologies to help women leaders discover and demonstrate who they really are, and help develop their leadership capabilities.

This is the latest development in the field of gender diversity following on from the Davies report on women on boards.
