The Employers For Childcare 2014 Family Friendly Employer Awards are now open.
These awards recognise and celebrate organisations that provide family-friendly working practices.
From flexible working policies to employee benefits like Childcare Vouchers, Employers For Childcare are looking for organisations that help their employees to balance their work and family lives.
The awards are free to enter and there are four categories to choose from:
- public sector
- large private sector
- SMEs
- charities/social enterprises
The top 12 entries are chosen to feature in a calendar that is sent to over 2,000 employers across the UK. The winners will be presented with their award at a ceremony in Belfast City Hall.
Being involved in the awards lets the public and potential employees know that your organisation puts family-friendly working practices on the agenda.
