Survive and Thrive – How To Perfect Your Sales Pitch

Omagh District Council in conjunction with Fermanagh District Council are holding an exciting sales workshop to help local businesses maximise their sales pitch and ensure that all important sale is closed.

”How to Pitch Perfectly…” is being held in Omagh Enterprise Centre on Wednesday 26 March and is being delivered by Seamus McAdams, I2 Marketing as part of Omagh and Fermanagh District Councils’ Survive and Thrive II Programme which is part funded by Invest Northern Ireland and the European Regional Development Fund under the Sustainable Competitiveness Programme for Northern Ireland

The workshop will run from 6.00 pm to 8.30 pm and will focus on all principles within the skill of selling, whether it is face-to-face, over the phone or even while attending trade shows.

Attendees will hear how to take a strategic approach to selling and the importance of planning for a sale will also be highlighted to ensure more positive outcomes for the business. The workshop will also provide valuable advice on how to showcase a business and exhibit services, while attending trade shows, for example.

Speaking at the event, Councillor Martin McColgan, Chair of Omagh District Council said that selling and the sales process is an area that a great many business owners struggle with.

“Businesses which have participated on the Survive and Thrive Business Mentoring Programme have frequently asked for assistance with increasing sales and this workshop will provide practical and relevant guidance on these areas, he said.”

The event is free of charge and refreshments will be served. To register please contact Noelle McAloon, Project Coordinator, Survive and Thrive on 0787242 4246 or at noelle.mcaloon@fermanagh.gov.uk
