Attention All Businesses – Meet The Buyer Event
Omagh District Council and Strabane District Council have recently appointed Global Education Limited (GEL) in partnership with Omagh Enterprise Company to deliver their Profit Through Procurement Programme.
The programme has been designed to give local businesses help to bid for public sector and large scale private sector tenders. One of the significant local projects over the next two years will be the New Northern Ireland Community Safety College in Cookstown and GEL in partnership with FGP (the Preferred Bidder) for the project are hosting a Meet the Buyer Event to be held on the 4th March in the Glenavon Hotel Cookstown from 8am-6pm. GEL will be attending the event and are very keen for local Omagh and Strabane companies to attend.
A wide number of opportunities exist. The event will provide suppliers of the following goods and services an opportunity to meet with the buyers:
- Mechanical and Electrical Services
- Curtain Walling, Envelope, Roofs and External Glazing
- Groundwork and Drainage
- Landscaping and Fencing
- Partitions and Ceilings
- Internal Finishes, Carpentry and Joinery
- Plant Hire, Material Supplies
- Site Services (fitted furniture, cleaning services, catering, vending)
- Steelwork, Metalwork, Block and Brickwork
Pre-Qualification Support will also be available for companies at the event.
