potential development uses, delivery options, commercial structures, risks,
funding requirements and possible next steps.Important Information

It is not a formal procurement process, invitation to tender, partner appointment
process or offer of exclusivity.No decision has been made to appoint a private sector partner.
Interested developers, investors, operators, housing partners, hospitality partners, regeneration specialists and other relevant parties are invited to request the Market Testing Brief, Questionnaire and Information Pack.
