WeGrow is a free all-island initiative that has already delivered two successful pilots by Women in Business and Network Ireland, helping women led businesses across Ireland and Northern Ireland gain clarity, confidence and community.
What you can expect:
- A 2‑day residential in Killeavy Castle, bringing together the experts and supporters who will guide your journey
- Three in-person events across Dublin, Kildare and Athlone with specialist facilitators in sales, marketing, finance, export and leadership
- Online mastermind sessions with @EY and peer groups led by women who have walked this path before
- Access to a growing alumni network to support your long-term success
