Digital Inclusion Fund offers up to £30,000 to support blind and vision-impaired people into work

A man with a white cane and vision impairment sits on a couch talking to a woman; a banner promotes Omagh Enterprise’s Digital Inclusion Fund for blind and vision-impaired employment support.

UK organisations can now apply for grants of up to £30,000 through the Digital Inclusion Fund, designed to help blind and vision-impaired individuals access employment opportunities and develop their careers.

The fund aims to break down digital barriers by supporting projects that provide accessible technology, training, and inclusion-focused employment support.

Eligible applicants include UK-based organisations of all sizes that directly support people who are blind, vision-impaired, or at risk of sight loss — including:

  • Registered charities

  • Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIOs)

  • Charitable companies limited by guarantee

  • Community Interest Companies (CICs) limited by guarantee

For local Omagh and Fermanagh organisations working to improve accessibility and employment inclusion, this funding could provide vital support for new or ongoing digital projects.
