The Progress So Far: From a Health Centre To a Business Hub

A room under construction with large windows letting in natural light. Scaffolding is visible outside. Text overlay reads The Progress So Far: From a Health Centre To a Business Hub with Omagh Enterprise logo in the bottom right corner.

The Journey of Digi-Hub

What was once an old health centre, closing its doors in 2017 is now evolving into Omagh’s newest office space – a place for remote workers, freelancers, start-ups, and businesses to thrive. Here’s a look at the journey so far!

Before: A Look Back

When we first walked through the doors, the space had a completely different purpose. But we saw potential – potential for a modern, collaborative, and professional workspace that could serve Omagh’s growing business community.

The old Health Centre building with a car parked in front. The building has a chimney and a sign that reads pharmacy on the facade. There are red and white signs near the entrance, and a canopy covers the doorway. Trees and a pale sky are in the background.

Construction Phase: A New Era for Omagh’s Business Community

Creating a coworking hub isn’t just about fresh paint and new desks – it’s about building a space that inspires productivity and connection. Over the past year, we’ve been busy designing and fine-tuning every part of the hub to suit the needs of businesses like yours.

The old Health Centre transforming into a modern digi-hub building under construction with scaffolding on a muddy site. The structure features large glass windows and white walls. The sky is partly cloudy, and construction equipment is visible around the site.

The Digi-Hub will be ready in a few months, and we can’t wait to welcome freelancers, start-ups, remote workers, and businesses to their new home away from home. Whether you need a hot desk for a day, an office for a team, or a place to grow your business, we’ve got you covered.

The floor is covered in dust, and wires hang from the ceiling, indicating ongoing construction work.An unfinished room with exposed ducts and partially constructed walls. Two large windows reveal a glimpse of the exterior. The floor is bare concrete, and some construction materials and wires are scattered around.

In the background, there are houses, trees, and a partial view of construction equipment under a cloudy sky.    Unfinished room with large windows overlooking scaffolding and a cloudy sky. The floor appears bare and the walls are partially painted. Some tools and construction materials are near the window.
