Northern Ireland Food and Drink Conference 2025

A group of people in business attire socialize at the Northern Ireland Food and Drink Conference 2025. They stand around a table with food and drinks. Logos for Northern Ireland Food and Drink and Omagh Enterprise appear prominently.

Bookings are open for NI’s flagship food and drink event

The Northern Ireland Food and Drink Conference will take place on Tuesday 4 March 2025, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Belfast.

Organised by the Northern Ireland Food and Drink Association (NIFDA), in partnership with Invest Northern Ireland and the Food Standards Agency, the conference will bring together industry, government, and academic representatives.

The event will cover key topics such as:

  • sustainability
  • growth
  • innovation
  • retail trends
  • food safety

Notable speakers include Katie Pettifer, Chief Executive of the Food Standards Agency, and retail expert Dr. Clive Black. New for this year, there will be a panel discussion with major retailers including Asda, Lidl, Marks & Spencer, and Tesco, focusing on local sourcing, consumer trends, and inflation challenges.

This is a key event for anyone involved in the food supply chain. It provides an opportunity to network, share insights, and stay up to date on industry developments.
