Women in Business and Network Ireland are inviting women business owners, founders and directors to apply to their fully funded All-Island growth programme
The programme will run from December 2023 to June 2024.
Aimed at helping participants elevate their growth plans, the programme will support 30 businesses – 15 from Northern Ireland and 15 from the Republic of Ireland.
Participants will gain access to collaboration opportunities, as well as access to:
- a supportive network of women entrepreneurs across the island
- a residential retreat at Killeavy Castle, Newry
- personalised, in-person masterclasses
- expert guidance and mentorship
To qualify for this programme, you must be or become a member of Women in Business or Network Ireland to participate in this programme. This is only applicable when joining the programme and not at the stage of application.

The programme requires eight full days commitment, along with additional online masterclasses and one-to-one sessions.
The deadline for applications is midday on Friday 3 November 2023.
The programme is funded by the InterTradeIreland Synergy fund, delivered in collaboration by Women in Business and Network Ireland, and supported by the EY Entrepreneur of the Year programme.
