Our conference room is the perfect space for larger events, conferences, training sessions or large scale meetings. We can work alongside you to format the space in the way that works for you to include cabaret style, classroom setting, boardroom style or whatever configuration that inspires you and your team. With a capacity of 120 seated guests, this space is perfect for event success.

When you’re in need of a convenient, affordable and professional space for a meeting, our boardroom is the perfect choice.

We have a contemporary boardroom that can accommodate up to 14 guests, making it the perfect environment for larger team meetings or training.

The board room is located on the ground floor to allow easy access.

Need a space to carry out interviews? Staff appraisals? One to one meetings that need a little extra privacy and focus?

Our small meeting room is the perfect choice.

This room can seat up to 25 guests depending on layout required. This can be altered to suit your needs. Previous clients have enjoyed classroom style layout or traditional meeting layout. If you have an idea, we’ll work hard to accommodate you.

You can book by emailing or calling 02882249494. You will be required to filling in a booking form with details about your event, such as the date, expected number of attendees, and the type of space you need.

The rental fee includes the use of the meeting space for a specific period, furniture, audio/visual equipment, and internet access.

Rooms can be set up in U-Shape, Theatre style, boardroom, classroom, interview style or informally.

  • The conference room can facilitate 120 theatre style.
  • The board room can facilitate 12 board style.
  • The small meeting room can facilitate 25 theatre style.
  • Each room is flexible in set up and layout.

The restaurant onsite offer a variety of catering options, from breakfast buffets to plated meals to soup and sandwiches. You can customise the menu to meet your specific needs and budget.

There is a variety of audio/visual equipment – projectors, screens, microphones, and sound systems. There is also on staff to assist with set-up and operation of the equipment.

The cancellation fee will apply if booking is not cancelled within 3 working days.

The conference facilities are accessible for disabled people and comply with relevant accessibility standards. This may include an elevator, accessible restrooms, and assistive listening devices.

There is free onsite parking for visitors.
